find compilated firmeware

Hi all im just buy router and have a new version 3500Lv2 . have 2 other router 3500Lv1 and just download firmware go 192.168.1.1 select file and upgrade.

so in new 3500Lv2 not bin file and not compilated.

have windows not linux it s possible to make compilated  file to upgrade firmware on my router on download section ?
