How block all incoming IP address and enable only my incoming IP list?

Hello,I have WNR3500L.I need to block all incoming internet IP address from WAN to my local LAN devices (NAS, PC, and others), and I need to enable incoming access only from my list of trusted internet IP address.Can I do it with the official firmware? I believe not.Which firmware  is the better to do it? Which firmware is the most flexible in security configurations as this above?Thanks

I installed dd-wrt, but I don't understand how do it.
I have a service implemented on port 80 of my local NAS, and I configured dd-WRT port forwording to exposing this service on my public internet address.
Now I need to restrict accesses at this service only to my trusted list ip address:
How I do it?

Is it that you want to safe guard from malicious websites?
Are you seeing unknown communication between your PC and the internet?
Is it that you want to block torrent downloaders?
Are the users continuously being infected with virus?
Are you trying to block your kids from Youtube of Facebook etc.
