I'm trying to install the latest Tomato release available on myopenrouter, but he TRX file is not accepted. The router complain he want a CHK file. How can I generate a CHK file? (just renaming is not working)

Easiest way is to install DD-WRT from the CHK file and then rename the TRX file to BIN and install it.
You can DL the mini CHK file here http://www.myopenrouter.com/download/list?sort=date&cat=48 I would use the 14144 (newer)one.
