Initial file downloaded as "File fragments"

Hi,

I will install Tomato on my Nighthawk R8000 and have downloaded Tomato 140 Initial file.However it shows in the folder as "fragments of recoveredfiles"  The file size is 5.661.

I am concerned with the fragment situation and wonder if it´s safe to install it.
