lets get it working well

ok i've got Tomato on WNR3500L:

 

1.28.7481 (Toastman) MIPS2Sandwich K26 USB VPN-NOCAT

Is this the best version to work with ?

is there anything i need to know (excluding Peacock) ?

where should i start ? (except bridging)

if anyone would like more info, just ask.
