nr3500l AND tIVO

Just got the WNR3500L for my home and I am having trouble getting my two Tivo's to talk to it.

 

The Tivo sees the router but they refuse to talk to each other.

My Tivo says something like "Network Cable Unplugged" or something  like that.

 

I used to have them hooked up to a Netgear WGR614 v. 3

 

Any thoughts?
