Problem with USB and Wi-Fi

I have problem with USB when WLAN is off.

When WLAN is on, USB-port works good with any USB-device. But if Wi-Fi is turned off, USB-port doesn't work. In this port +5V is absent (on my USB drive LED doesn't light). If I turn on my WiFi, USB begin working correctly. This problem accured when I shutdown Wi-Fi in my WEB-interface and when I stop Wi-Fi with button on my router.

Is it problem with my device only?

I would like that I can turn off Wi-Fi, but usb doesn't turn off...

Router Netgear 3500L, my Tomato is tomato-K26USB-1.28.9054MIPSR2-beta-Ext
