Problems with the installation of a DD-WRT firmware

Hi everybody :)

I have recently bought a Netgear WNR3500L, I have try to install the DD-WRT firmware for my router yesterday, but something went wrong :(

I have installed this file: "dd-wrt.v24-13309_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini-WNR3500L.chk", and after the installation I have switched my router off because I could'n enter in page 192.168.1.1 (page no found).

If I switch the router on there is only a light tourn off, the power button one, but it is orange!

Help me please!!

P.S. Sorry for my English, I am Italian and I don't speack English very well!

If you didn't wait for dd-wrt

If you didn't wait for dd-wrt to complete its flash (when you initially flash dd-wrt you have to wait till the timer counts down and will then issue a "rebooting" statement) then you will have to either...

A) follow the debrick guide here and get the proper cables, nokia ca-42 cables works great for me and doesn't cost $20 like the FTDI one does mentioned here.

B) return the unit to the store if you can.
