R8000 minidlna seagate disk 1tb problem ?

Hello friends,

I have the R8000 router and I'm having problems with miniDNLA. But first I wanted to know if the disk I'm using is the correct or resticciones or has some limitations.

I'm using an external disk drive Seagate Expansion 1TB 4k. Formatted with NTFS. While it recognizes and can access .. DLNA does not work well, I have all the published media, however I see partial files and other non-mestra in the directory.

Many times when I reset the router does not show any files.

Any Idea ?
