So i am kinda pissed off with my router and its sad but i never knew it had a wan transfer issue untill my isp upgraded me to 100mbps service. the thing is that this router seems to crap out at the 35mpbs range which is astounding with the specs i would be happy with 75mpbs as i expect some speed loss in the NAT but 35 mpbs cap on a fast ethernet router is completely astounding.
can someone help me figure out why it is bottlenecking so badly and what the best firmware would be to improve the WAN throughput. I would rather optimize the router than have to shell out another 150 bucks for a new one.
I have always had good results with tomato however i cannot find one that supports this hardware so i am open to suggestions
this whole openrouter thing is so obviously deceptive in nature and i'm surprised at the amount of time and effort put into this work of deception.
