WNR3500L V2 Unknown user/pass

Ok,

I've been stumped...   Got a netgear 3500L V2 that I have done 30/30/30 nurmerous times.  I get a prompt for user/pass put nothing works as defaults.

Interesting points is it ip is 192.168.15.1

I am quite sure I flashed tomato shibby (K6USB 1.28.RT) dated around 8/2014 in this unit.

Any ideas on defaulting or what might the default user/pass.

Note: -

For OpenWRT,

  • Default username : root
  • Default password : void (the password field need not to be populated and click on the login button).

For DDWRT firmware,

  • Default username : root
  • Default password : admin

For Tomato firmware,

  • Default username : admin
  • Default password : admin

** After first login, change username and password for security reasons.
