bootstrap fails

Hi, all

bootstrap refers to desipro.de which is blocked for russian IPs cause I get 403

Even if I use german vpn when I try to wget

I get 403:

ZUGRIFF NICHT ERLAUBT

Die angeforderte Seite darf nicht angezeigt werden.

Ho can I overcome it?
