since build -r28647 speed has been cut 50 to 60%

Ever since build -r28647 on the r700 speeds have been slashed by 50 to 60%  both up and down has anyone else seen this issue?

      I am running Kong's 29020

      I am running Kong's 29020 build (ARM STD) and have had no speed or stability issues since install.  I haven't started up OpenVPN yet, but that's the next big thing.  I was watching some online chatter about slowness, and most of the "victims" were fixed when they moved to 29020.
