Howto set Static DNS on LAN through DHCP

Running Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r31160M kongac (01/18/17) on my R700 router.

My router ip is 192.168.0.254

How can I set the DNS to 192.168.0.10 on the DHCP server?
