DD-WRT is now running fine on my fresh WNR3500L v2 but I want to use a 3G/4G(LTE) USB modem on it. I've got several modems to test but only one is working out of the box.
I took a look at this page to be sure wich is officialy supported by DD-WRT :

The others :
E3131s-1 - not listed
E3521s-2 - wip
E182E - OK
E398 (maybe E398u-15) - OK (both)
E392 - OK
E3276 - OK
E1750 - OK
Only the E182E is working. E398 connects to the network but it seems to not register.
I'm trying now to folow this guide : http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Cellular_Phone/USB_Modem_as_WAN_con... but I can not mount /jffs regardless I try with web GUI or in CLI by using the following commands :
nvram set jffs_mounted=1 nvram set enable_jffs2=1 nvram set sys_enable_jffs2=1 nvram set clean_jffs2=1 nvram set sys_clean_jffs2=1 nvram commit reboot
I may be missing something or doing something wrong, I really need 3G/4G to work, JFFS is a plus.

Sorry I dont have any of the adapters that you have trouble with, thus can't help you on this.
Not sure if the wiki is up to date, in most cases it is enough to just use the webif to enter your connection details for mobile broadband.
I saw that since december 2014, DDWRT versions have broken 3G/4G USB connections. It seems that release 25648 is that last working well with E398. Is it possible to have a version with that release?
Is it possible to mount jffs also? Has told above, I wasn't able to do it whereas there is quite a lot of space available (in theory) on this router.
