NetGear N300 WNR2000 version 5

I can't seem to find the opensource firmware for my router.  Does anyone know about this version with the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9531 cpu?

    I do not think you will find any. I have looked a few times before and never found anything. Seems like V3 is the one to have in that particular model.

      I beginning to believe that's the case, as well.  I did get un upgrade from Netgear, but then it bricked my router.  I will get back with them.  Thanks.

        Followed directions elsewhere

        Followed directions elsewhere to unbrick another model and that worked and properly completed the upgrade. Still would like the open source version.
