Also check OEM NG FW as well, If it's missing there then it may have been removed by NG themselves. Voxels doesn't change any of the core code. Just updates and make sure packages are done right. Any changes to the core code is handled by NG. Not Voxel. So they may have taken that channel out. You'll have to load NG FW and see.
