Unable to connect Guest Network says "Password incorrect"

Using Firmware:"DD-WRT v3.0-r32170M kongac (06/11/17)" and a GUEST network that used to function correctly now no longer accepts connections from PC's and states incorrect password on iPhones (even though its correct).

Does anyone have any idea what the issue is here please?

    with the current firmware I also have the problem. I am back on DD-WRT firmware for Netgear R7000 Based on revision 28514. Everything works well.

        After restarting the router

        After restarting the router everything works fine.
