Updating tomato firmware

Hi,

I successfully installed and used 090 AIO for a couple of weeks. Quite happy with it.

I then found 092 AIO , thinking it must be better I downloaded it. Upgrading to 092 via the web upgrade page bricked my router.

There were no references to 092 from this site, and 090 that this site does reference doesn't appear under http://tomato.groov.pl/index.php?dir=K26RT-N, plus I never found what changes were in 092 anyway.

Can anyone comment on what the correct latest shibby tomato build is for the 3500Lv2?

Are there some special steps to take when upgrading from a previous tomato install?

I've already got a new one, I'll wait for some comments before re-installing 090 AIO.

Thanks,

Kevin

Yes, 090 to 092.

I did not do a 30-30-30 reset before, that occurred to me after...I'll definitely do that next time.

I did select the erase nvram option,  a number of 30-30-30 and even 60-60-60 resets didn't bring it back~

My other concern was a bad download, 090 download was zipped, unzipping provides some assurance, 092 was downloaded as a chk file, not sure how to verify that.

090 was good, I may just use it again. I found the wireless performance decreased a bit from stock, but it was still good and I like the additional features.

Is there a change log for 092?
