Remote access to NAS behind R7000 Tomato and LTE connection

Hi,

I am connected to Free operator in France (4G LTE applying double NAT) with a HUAWEI B525s, no pb.
Wishing to access the local network remotly, I took a dedicated IP VPN subscription at Astrill. A R7000 Tomato router is plugged behind the Huawei and perfectly establishes the VPN tunnel.
 
I set the ports forwading of R7000 to the NAS (5000, 5001, 80, etc.).
Problem: impossible to join the NAS with my dedicated ip on port 5000
 
What should I do?
