This is kind of fustrating. I just got my new NetGear WGR614L router for the sole purpose of putting DD-WRT on it. I followed the instuctions here on the site by downloading the .chk file and browsing to it in the routers config GUI but I get an invalid file name when I try it. It IS the .chk file. What's going on?

I got it. I was trying to do it in Vista as my LAMP computer is tied up. When I went to sleep I had a dream that maybe the router didn't recognize the NTFS file structure. So loaded an instance of OpenSUSE in Virtual Box this morning and was able to update it that way.
