After reading many posts, I tried to send an official firmware (wgr614v8_1_1_1_1_0_20_na.chk) :

Could you help me please?

I have never tried to do it

I have never tried to do it after setting all the parameters you did above.

Maybe just get to the CFE prompt and run TFTPD and see what it does.

Before trying to set all

Before trying to set all parameters, I tried just setting mac address and then tftpd, but the result was the same...

Good news!

Good news!

I've downgraded to CFE 1.3...
And I've just flash my router with netgear ROM!

Glad you figured it out.

Glad you figured it out.
Had you upgraded the CFE previously and that is why you had to downgrade?

No, the original CFE was in 1

No, the original CFE was in 1.5

Maybe the problem with 1.5 is: you can't use setenv command. But when you fash a firmware, boardid is verified.

http://www.myopenrouter.com/forum/thread/10709/CFE-1.5-Question/?highlight=cfe+1.5

For my problem, boardid seemed not existing.

I see typos in the transcript

I see typos in the transcript:
CFE> nvram set boardid=U12H073T00_NETGEAR

Should be "board_id" ?
Should be "U12H072T00_NETGEAR" ?
Was tftp transfer in binary?
