I have found some small guides/tips on how to create custom color schemes in tomato, but none that includes images (so they all look like crap). I'd like to make one similar to the Enlightend, Asustek or Linksys. Does anyone know if this is possible or if it atleast is possible to edit one of the embedded schemes with images?

You can pretty much create or edit one of the existing skins and then make them your default skin.
Are you looking for a specific skin with images for personal use or for a commercial type application?
We don't have any specific guides here on how to do so but I have thought about creating one.
If you have a specific skin in mind I would love to hear what you are thinking.
The files seems to be locked, atlest over the ftp :-/
Take a look at this article and see if it helps. How to Create a Custom Theme For Your Router GUI with Tomato Firmware
Awesome guide Brandon, this is exactly what I was looking for.
Good deal.
If you create a custom skin I would love to see a screenshot of it.
Brandon, I added your flame theme, it looks really great. Is that OK with you?
That would be great if you added it in. The one here is more of just a sample of what could be done not really a finished product. Meaning that there may be one or two pages that may not show correctly with the color selection. It won't make a difference on usability but I should double-check everything.
Let me go through it one more time and I will either create a new download here or contact you for a link I can use to send it to you.
Take a look at my latest build to check, it's in there. I posted it last night. Looks good to me anyway :-)
Your article is great. I've added several links to it from other sites. Thanks!
BTW - to incorporate this I had to convert the jpg's to png's.
I looked at your latest and saw it there. If your happy with it then so am I. :)
If anyone ever mentions an issue or has a request I can always change it and send you a new CSS file.
I noticed the png files. If I create another skin I will use png's if you ever want to add them in.
Sure Brandon. It seems OK to me, colors seem fine. People like it!
