I'm not sure of the answer to that! I see no reason why not, it's possible that iptables rules may be generated twice but I expect that the first one encountered will work and the other ignored. Try it and see if it seems to be working would be my answer!

I tried your solution and it's not working. I think in Tomato gui, if trigger is reached in TCP, it will open ports in TCP and if trigger is reached in UDP, it will open ports in UDP.
In WNR3500L original firmware, we can do choice on GUI. I think it's possible to enter it manually in a script. So it would be a good idea to have choice on Tomato GUI.
