bricked my netgear 3400v2 router.

I cant seem to be able to do a ctrl-c any more to get to CFE prompt from serial

console and my image checksum is coprupt.

Checksum mismatch:
Image chksum: 0x0AADBE3F
Calc  chksum: 0x0420A684

Keep getting this error, then it will start tftpd automatically.

I can upload the original firmnware and it still gives me the same error.

Does a nvram flash exist for the router. to flash over the boot and everything.

or am I out of luck.

Hardware reset did not work. All I get back is

COMMIT to hardware

Then ends up at the corrupt checksum no matter what firmware I upload to it.

The 10 second oneis for the default settings, the 50 second one is to setup TFTPD on 192.168.1.1 so you can upload new firware if you cant get to the web interface , then you have to open your router and hook the modified serial port to it. You may have the option of JTAG but that ois more specific to router and I have never done that.
