[Solved] Help needed for configuring my Network

Hello, i've bought a WNR3500L V2 in order to control internet access for my daughters, they navigate or stream all night long...)

There's a Toastman Tomato version installed.

my dreamed network

I would like to have the access restriction working for my wireless equipments. I'd like also that my wnr3500-connected equipments  keep access to my equipments on my first network.

Wirelessly, I want to connect my laptop and android phone on the wnr3500Lv2, but occasionnaly on the isp modem (in that case it's not important if it's impossible to have access restriction).

The problem is : if i stand on the same subnet, access restriction doesn't work. And if i change the wnr3500LV2 subnet (192.168.1.0) i can't see my servers (upnp for example) that are on my first subnet (192.168.0.0)

I tried to change the ethernet cable (that goes from my ISP to my Wnr3500Lv2) from WAN port to LAN Port, but i don't understand  when it is helpfull.

Is the Wan port the one that permits access restriction  ?

So i would apreciate any help on howto buid my network (what subnets, the  same or two differents ? perhaps three for the wireless connection ?), which type to choose (Access point ? ) with which setting (static, dhcp , disabled ?)...

Thank you and sorry for my english (i'm french !)

I wonder if mac filtering

I wonder if mac filtering could be a quick fix here.

MAC filtering is what is use

MAC filtering is what is use in access restriction (to trigger). But access restriction only works if Wan port is used ?

I actually don't know it's

I actually don't know it's limitations. I've only personally used it for my wireless, and that works for any access.
