Revert Back To OEM Firmware(Netgear R6300)

Hello Guys,

Well basically, I flashed Kong Mod Full-Fetured BIN K3 21995 on my new Netgear R6300 and I want to go back to OEM but in the post kong says that "Currently standard dd-wrt does not allow to flash back to OEM through the web interface". I am a noob at all of this custom firmware stuff so how can I flash back to OEM?

Thanks,

Builds > 22129 support

Builds > 22129 support flashing back to OEM, so first upgrade to latest build, then you can flash back to oem.

HOW? I select the netgear OEM

HOW? I select the netgear OEM firmware .chk file, and it says upgrade successful, but all that happens is somehow DDWRT is flashed again, and all settings reverted.

Which dd-wrt build is

Which dd-wrt build is currently installed? If you have the wrong netgear firmware it will try to flash it and the webif will say that upgrade was completed, but if it is for example firmware for the R6300v2 it will just reboot and not flash it, thus back in dd-wrt.

So make sure you have the right Netgear firmware for this model.
