After adjustment the CPU frequency can't boot up. Can flash with TTL after adjustment the cpu frequency, but after flash still can't boot. I can enter CFE> mode. Can I use a command to restore the cpu frequency and what's the command? Or the other way to repair this R7000 router.

If you can get to the shell type "nvram set clkfreq=1000,800" & then "nvram commit" to set it back to default. "nvram get clkfreq" will let you check the clock & memory frequency.
I have never tried to adjust CPU frequency. But I am eagerly waiting to know whether this worked or not.
Yes it works. Lots of people have used it. You can either use "nvram set clkfreq=1200,800", sets CPU to 1.2GHz & memory to 800MHz, or "nvram set clkfreq=1400,800", sets clock to 1.4GHz & mermory to 800MHz, & then "nvram commit". Do not change the memory clock speed to anything other than 800MHz. 1.2GHz should work with no issues & 1.4GHz should work on most. For 1.4GHz I would 1st set it to that & let it run for a day or two & then if all is stable & well you can log back into the shell & type "nvram commit". If you type the commands without the commit then it will not be permanent & the settings will revert back to your previous settings after you reboot the router. Give it a try & good luck.
