SSH Setup: USB mount on R7800 - Permissions Denied - Voxel V1.0.2.54SF

Hi I an Voxel firmwatre and have followed Appendix A for setting up SSH but when I get to saving the keys to usb, i get Permissions denied when trying to mount the usb drive which is fiormatted to ext2.  Any help would be appreciated. Output from telnet below:

root@R7800:/$ /mnt/sdb1
/bin/ash: /mnt/sdb1: Permission denied
 
I am stuck and any help would be great

Run these to see where it is

Run these to see where it is mounted:

ls /mnt/sda1 

ls /mnt/sdb1 

ls /mnt/sdc1
