Internet access issue on hardwired connections only

Love this router which I purchased in 2018,  Working great until this morning.   WiFi connections still work as expected, but all wired ethernet no longer work.  I did a factory reset and started over, but same issuse.  I have internet access from all WiFi devices, but not from the wired ones.  Front LED show wired deviced connect when elthernet cable is connected.  When I log into the router and look at devices none of the ethernet devices show up in the list, only WiFi.  Does anyone have suggestions or does it sound like a hardware failure?  If is sounds like I need to replace this unit what would you suggest looking at in the Netgear lineup.

Thank you for your help.

Have you fixed this problem?

Have you fixed this problem? I have the same on my R9000. Sometimes all LAN-ports are not working. WiFi works.

Two ways of fixing this; restart router via Nighthawk-app in a phone ore cut power, wait 15 sec. and power on again.

I have been a diehard nether

I have been a diehard netgear fan for decades until I bought the X-10. I never had a router work as poorly as the X-10. Its ordinary firmware is crippled and under DD-WRT, it was a train wreck: dropped wifi connections, dropped vpn, dropped ethernet, and on and on.

I switched to another brand and now enjoy reliability and advanced function under the stock firmware. I could suggest the same for you.
