DD-WRT Multiple WAN IP Rotation

Hi

 

I have a block of 5 public IP addresses. i want to rotate these IPs on the router every 5 minutes without VLAN or switching it off. How can I do that? If anybody can come up with a solution i am willing to pay for this job.
