Does this site still offer support?
Here is my config Please let me know thanks
I can't see any problem with your configuration. Please note however that recent Kong's versions have serious issues around the attached USB drives. Mine 2TB WD disk is properly recognized and shown on TV but just for several hours. Then DLNA server shows no folders at all until the next router's reboot and forced refreshing of the media.
After I flashed back the older version 24045M the DLNA operates properly. My assumption is that you are using the NTFS-formatted disk. Kong has several times advised re-formatting to ext3/4 that might significantly improve the functionality and performance.
@poketix, no config error???
If he doesn't tell minidlna what types of files he has on his disk, minidlna is not going to index the drive. You have to check at least one of the file types e.g. Audio/Video/Images.
Oops, did not pay my attention - just looked at the checkboxes and share name. You are totally right, thanks for pointing this out.
I check video then rebooted still nothing. I also tried all three and each one.
My samsung tv doesn't see of my folders
I apologies I changed my mount to jffs. I went back to mnt/sda1 and now it is working
thank you Kong
