I recently purchased the WNDR3800 and instead of retiring my WNDR37AV I want to use it as a wireless repeater to stream video using the 5GHz band. Can I get some help with configuration on both routers please. It says that WEP should be used to protect communication however none of the options work as long as WNDR37AV is being set to operate in Wireless Repeater mode. Am I missing something? Also is asking me to change the IP address... but after I do, I'm no longer able to access the router's settings (WNDR37AV).
Again, my main router now is the WNDR3800.
What am I doing wrong?....please help :)
