Locked Out of Tomato?

I enabled HTTPS for local connections to the router, and since then I can't connect via wireless or wired. Tried hard resetting to no effect (think its a problem with tomato + dell truemobile 2300). 

 

Was just curious if anybody had any ideas around it? Or did I just permanently lock it into these settings?

The hard reset should set

The hard reset should set everything back to original and turn that off. Can you ping the router and get a response?
