We have a full download section here on the community, where many of the files for the router (including the user manual, etc) can be found.
I would try reading the setup manual and the user manual to get started with setting up your router on another machine. You should not need the original CD to get the router up and running - resetting the router will restore the firmware to factory fresh settings if need be.
