Netgear WNR3500Lv2 Tomato + JFFS = problem ;/

Im kind of new on this but I'm trying to get OPENVPN client support on my Netgear WNR3500Lv2 and need access to JFFS (and USB support as well...), I'm trying to activate JFFS on my current build:
Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-083V K26 USB AIO

And from what is can see I have plenty of flash over but everytime I formate the JFFS it says : Total / Free Size (not mounted) and I can't write to it only acces it... please help me :) I've searched like crazy for a solotion :/
