NTP Server

I'm actually trying to setup a NTP Server on my WNR3500L with DD-WRT kong mod VPN edition but I have some issues.

I'm trying to configure the default ntp daemon present on dd-wrt, but it always fails to start.

I 'm using this command : 

ntpd -c /tmp/ntp.conf -f /tmp/ntpd.drift -p /tmp/ntpd.pid -l /dev/null

and echo $? return 1

I'll consider later to use jffs or a usb key to make it persistent unless it is necessary for the ntp daemon.
