Slow(er) Internet Speeds after Flashing Shibby

I flashed Shibby yesterday and am now seeing only about 300 Mbits/s up and down. Before flashing I was seeing about 500-600 down and 700-900 up. I am on gigabit fiber. If I hook up my other netgear router, I get the same faster speeds. I am wondering if there are any settings that may be causing this. I havent changed anything from default.
