Typical help me figure out what I want/need

Asking for help.

I just bought a NetGear N600 with GigE wired ports.

I am trying to set up a Virgin Mobile 3G data service as a temporary thing.

Goal is to provide 4G service to at most 2 laptops when traveling -- one 4G service -- and to provide best in class firewall services and wireless connectivity to an all-in-one printer/fax/copier.

But, what I'd like is a really good NetGear router that allows inputs from 3G/4G/DSL/Cable modem(s).

Does this make sense?
