Unable to foward ports on R7800

I am unable to forward ports using the DD-WRT latest mod from Kong. Just flashed the router from the stock gui to the June 12th update and port forwarding was working great prior to the flash to DD-WRT. I disabled the UpNp on the router and still no luck. I am also not able to dedicate static IP addresses to my lan devices?
