Upgrading to newest release R7500V2

Hello.

 

I'm currently running the ddwrt-netgear-r7500V2.bin from 11/26/016. I notice that there is a build  dated, 1/30/2017, http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/K3-AC-IPQ806X/  

So curious how to find out what is 'different/new/updated'  in that and what is the exact process for updating to it?

And do i have to reconfigure my entire setup if i do upgrade?
