Which is the best Transmit Power

Hiho,

 

i'm from switzerland and on the tomato shibby rom.

My question ist, which transmition power should i use?

currently i'm on 150mW at the 2.4 ghz Band and 200mW on 5ghz

i search for the best compromise  between heating/power and range
