which firmware for these features...

I'm looking for a router and not sure if I should go tomato, dd-wrt, open wrt.  features I'm interested in are:

* ability to turn off WiFi transmitter at night to minimize exposure to EMF
* VPN server to allow secure internet connections by connecting through tunnel to the router from insecure access points.
* Print Server for sharing USB Printer
* QoS for Netflix
* guest network would be nice
* parental controls by device with fine grain time slots (15 minutes or less granularity)
* of course stable connections that don't degrade over time

Do you have any recommendations?

Hardware recommendations would be appreciated too.  An N-300Mbs single-band router with USB should be fine.
