X10/R9000 with DD-WRT (Kong build), OpenVPN Client (PIA) and Remote Plex Access

As per the subject really, I have today flashed my X10/R9000 with the latest Kong DD-WRT FW which has gone fine.

I am an avid Plex user and often use the remote access feature to watch my files away from the home network.

When I have OpenVPN disabled and not routing my external rourer traffic via PIA VPN it works as expected, but when I do enable the OpenVPN Clinet dispite the Plex Media Server telling me my media server is "Fully accessible outside your network" I am unable to connect to my PMS.

Is there a specific setting(s) I need to enable/disable to make this work.

My PMS shows the following, regalrdless of whether the OpenVPN client is enabled or disabled within the router settings....

I have the static lease created for the server that hosts PMS set with the correct port forwarded within the router settings

Any help would be appriciated
