R6900v2 Costco Router serial issue

I have a R6900v2 router that  is bricked. I have the serial connection but all I see in Putty is garbage.

Switched the TX/RX  and still see  garbage.

1. Can anyone confirm the pinout of the serial port?

2. Am my missing something on translation of signal.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
