I have a Netgear R8000 device that will not pass traffic to the WAN Port. I can connect Via WiFi and to the Admin section. I am thinking that the Bootloader file is either curopt or something with the firmware. Has anyone seen this issue with their R8000 or could offer suggestiong to try an recover the R8000?
Sometimes after a power loss, the gateway device (cable modem or similar) does not offer a wan IP address. They usually say to reboot the gateway device then the wifi router to reset the WAN IP. This might be the issue.
