Newbie Port Forwarding Help

Just brought my router up to Tomato land last night.  (1.28.0000 -3.5-140 K26ARM USB AIO-64K)

The only thing I haven't figured out is how to get port forwarding to work.  I noted all my Netgear settings before the flashing and entered them into Tomato diligently, but none work. (RDP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS,...)

 

What am I missing?
