Hi All, new to the boards here and a little new to dd-wrt.
I have the R8500 and can't seem to get speeds beyond about 500Mbit despite being on a gigabit connection. Direct to the modem I was seeing between 800 and 900 mbit/s.
After some googling, I'm seeing that it might be some NAT HW Accelerated issue. I just installed the latest Kong FW, but still seeing a similar speed drop. Is it still not possible? Would it be suggested for me as an everyday user to switch back to stock FW in order make use of the full speeds? Or is it a setting now that I'm unfamiliar with?
Appreciate any help or insight on this.
