EX7000 Extender - unlock North America region selector

Hi, I have an EX7000 with region set to North America. The selector is greyed out and I am unable to change it.

I want to unlock the selector and change it to Singapore.

Could anyone tell me how to do this please ?

Firmware is V1.0.1.80_1.0.144 (stock)
