mount disc NTFS problem

hi,
I installed the version v24 in my R8000. I have a 1 terabyte disk NTFS and I can not access ftp mode or in windows mode, as I do the configuration. I've tried everything I could. I am a professional systems. There should be a more friendly firmware.

Thank you very much,Christian

If possible you may try the

If possible you may try the following cases:

1. Use a NTFS disk with size less than 1 TB (say 8GB).
2. Use a FAT32 or EXT4 disk with size 1 TB(terabyte).

I did not find any problem with 8 GB NTFS disk. So, I need to know whether the issue is related to NTFS File System or Disk size with 1 Terabyte and more.

I will be waiting for your response.

Thanks
